So Elizabeth has been doing a bit of vocalized laughter for the past few weeks, but usually just a hee-hee with a big smile. But last night, while practicing our cooing, she began to laugh... really, really laugh.
It was simply the most precious thing I'd ever heard in my life, and it brought me to happy-tears!
It went something like this: mommy would coo, baby would coo, then mommy would laugh, then baby would laugh, then repeat. This laughing session lasted about 10 minutes. Mommy and Daddy were both so caught in the moment, neither one of us thought to get the camcorder. But I'm sure in the months to come that laugh will show itself more and more.
