T-Ball Wrap Up

After getting back from our trip to Kansas, the kids had 3 or 4 more t-ball games to play before their season was over. It was a hoot watching them play.
Really, I think Liam was a little young for team-sports. He was honestly "over it" after a few games... and was pretty stubborn. He also didn't get the concept of bases until the very end, as you'll see in the videos. He LOVED to bat, but had no interest in fielding or running the bases.
Elizabeth did a great job throughout! I think this was a much better dynamic for her than soccer was last year since all the kids take turns and there are more specific rules (hit the ball, run to the base, etc) whereas in soccer they basically put the kids on the field and said go for it, which was intimidating and confusing.
Liam was scared to run through the "Spirit Tunnel" but for our last game, sissy held his hand and they ran through together a few times ♥
Here are a few of our buddies... Ferrel (on left) is in Liam's class. He's a few months older than Liam, but its amazing the difference in maturity level! Owen is next to Ferrel, he's a little younger than Elizabeth, and then you see Elizabeth and my fussy Liam.
At the end of the season, they even got medals!

Anyway, here's some cute video of our crew up to bat... enjoy!

Note: if the video is getting cut off due to the size, double click on the title/video and you can watch it on YouTube without it being cut off. Not sure why they are showing up in different sizes!
