It is hard to believe Liam is 3 months old!
Let's see... at 3 months, he can:
- Coo
- Blow bubbles
- Smile
- Bring his hands together
- Try to grab at things/toys
- Roll over (but not consistantly... some days he rolls over the second I put him down, other days he just gets mad)
- And he just started clicking his tongue
He continues to be a very sweet boy, and seems very sensitive. Strange people, loud noises, sudden movements all upset him and he gets REALLY upset by pouting out his bottom lip and wailing. He has also learned to do the pouty face whenever I put him down. It is irresistible and part of the reason why my bicepts are so tough these days!
He loves to be held and talked to. When you play with him and talk to him he gets the biggest smile and his whole body just lights up in delight!
He slept through the night for 2 weeks straight, but is now back to waking 2-3x per night. The velcro on his kiddopotamus swaddle blanket has worn out, which means he can now escape his swaddle... and once he escapes he starts kicking, which wakes him up. Since we haven't been able to find a new swaddle blanket... we've been taping him shut. LOL! You know you have quite the bedtime routine when it involves scotch tape! He no longer is able to escape his swaddle, but he is still back to getting up several times a night.
He is absolutely the cutest baby boy ever! And looks more and more like daddy every day! We are so in love with our baby boy! And just can't wait to see what the next month will bring! I love you Liam!!!
