Having family in town really has its perks! From help with laundry and dishes, to babysitting, the extra help from Nana and aunt Maddie has really been WONDERFUL!!!!The extra help also meant our first official date night in almost a year! It was such a monumental event, that I felt the need to post a picture! Date night was a nice way for us to focus on the two of us (rather than the three of us) something I don't think we've done since before Elizabeth was born. It was also fun to get dressed up, another thing we haven't done in awhile... which is obvious from the overabundance of hair gel Vassil applied before we headed out, along with the tuxedo shoes he wore with his blue jeans (Lord help him!) At any rate, we ended up going to see the new Indiana Jones movie, and afterward enjoyed the nightlife that had accumulated for an outdoor movie outside. It reminded me of what life was like B.C. (before child, as aunt Molly puts it), and hopefully we won't have to wait another year for another date night!
