Becoming a big girl also means more tantrums! If she can't have what she wants, she will throw a fit (or pitch one, as they say in the South). Of course, you couldn't tell it from this next picture -lol ;)
Elizabeth also loves sitting in big-girl chairs, like this one at George Washington's house at Mt. Vernon! And notice her coy pose... shirt off the sholder and all! Should I be worried? ;)
And of course, what "big-girl" would be complete without her favorite "accessory" -- a jumbo box of cheerios to complement her big eyes!
Here's what we learned at her 9 month check up today at our brand new pediatricians' office:
++WEIGHT: 18.75 lbs -- 43%-tile... This is hard to believe since she was a nine-pounder, and 95%-tile, at birth!
++HEIGHT: 29 inches -- 83%-tile... Tall and skinny... hard to believe mommy was the same way as a baby -- look how short I am now!
++HEAD CIRCUM: 18.11 cm -- 92%-tile... She's definitely got the Elitzin cranium, as Vassil likes to say!
The trip to the doctor was a nice one, and I think Elizabeth would say any trip to the doctor without a shot is a good one!
