This is Elizabeth's first glamour shot (aka hospital mug). The outfit she was supposed to wear (newborn size) didn't quite fit, so she got to wear this little number, which was a 0-3 month size. So far her second day of life is going very smoothly. She is a very sweet baby, but isn't afraid to use those powerful lungs of her's when needed.
She has already been spoiled with lots of emails, phone calls, and gifts! Her first in person visitors (Mommy's friends) came last night with flowers, balloons, diapers, and lots and lots of advice! She was a pretty good girl, but did get a bit fussy when realizing that Auntie-Jessica had brought milkshakes for everyone except for her! LOL!
At any rate, keep us in your prayers as I continue to recover, and the rest of the family prepares for our arrival home, which should be Sat or Sun.
